When does a QuantAQ Cloud license begin?
Effective April 1st, 2024, QuantAQ has updated our policy around QuantAQ Cloud license activations. Previously, you had up to 90 days to activate devices post-shipment.
Now, you will get up to 6 weeks of free usage before your QuantAQ Cloud license becomes active.
How it works
If your devices ship on or before the 15th of a given month, the QuantAQ Cloud licenses for that shipment will become active on the 1st day of the following month. If your devices ship after the 15th of a given month, the QuantAQ Cloud licenses for that shipment will commence on the 1st day of the month after the next.
Examples
If you purchase ten devices that are shipped on March 14th, the ten licenses will become active on April 1st of the same year.
If you purchase ten devices that are shipped on March 29th, the ten licenses will become active on May 1st of the same year.
