Unlike most EPA Federal Reference Method (FRM) and Federal Equivalent Method (FEM) devices, our air quality sensors are not designed to be re-calibrated by the user. Calibrating the sensor requires a calibration chamber and a method to produce particles and gases of known size and/or concentration for extended periods of time.

Your QuantAQ Cloud subscription includes the option to have your sensor re-calibrated by QuantAQ once per year. To begin the process, please create a ticket and we will provide any information needed and a timeline for completion.
