This feature was launched on January 26th, 2024. QuantAQ has moved away from email-first support to chat-first support to enable more proactive communication and faster response times.

QuantAQ now has in-app support to help us help you as quickly as possible. To activate a new support request or search our Knowledge Base, open the chat window by clicking the teal button in the lower right-hand corner of your screen (when in the app).

From this window, you will see three tabs on the lower part of the window:

  • Home. View the site status and any notifications you have from QuantAQ regarding open tickets or conversations.

  • Messages. View existing and previous conversations with QuantAQ.

  • Tickets. View the status and/or re-open an existing ticket with QuantAQ.

This should be your go-to place for customer support of all kinds. You can begin a new conversation with our support team from the Messages tab and you can communicate updates or re-open an old ticket from the Tickets tab by searching for the ticket in question.

Our goal at QuantAQ is to provide world-class support and keep your networks operational and at full capacity. Please let us know if there is any thing we can do to help you.
