All QuantAQ devices record logs to the on-board µSD card. These logs can be helpful in identifying issues with the connectivity or hardware failures in the event the device is not connecting to the internet over the cellular network. Our support team may ask you to retrieve the logs as part of a support ticket.
Where to find the µSD card
MODULAIR
The µSD card for the MODULAIR can be found on the left-hand side of the front panel as described in the docs.
MODULAIR-PM
The µSD card for the MODULAIR-PM can be found on the right-hand side of the front panel as described in the docs.
Submitting Logs to QuantAQ
Load the µSD card onto a computer and open the directory on the SD card labeled "logs". The log files are auto-numbered in ascending order - download the most recent three files (highest numbers) and submit to QuantAQ support as part of your ticket.
