To create a new support request, open the chat window by clicking the teal button in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. Please note that the chat window is only available from the Help Center or the app.
Then press "Contact Support" to create a new support request. Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
When should I submit a new support request?
A new support request can be submitted for hardware, data, or app-related questions. To ensure that your request is answered quickly and by the best member of our team, please create new requests for new questions.

Where can I see current and past support requests?
You can communicate updates and see past support requests in the Messages tab.
