When you first install your Sonic Anemometer alongside your MODULAIR, please submit a support request with the serial number of the MODULAIR you would like to activate the Sonic Anemometer for. Once complete, data will be immediately available for present and past data (post-installation).

If your wind speed and wind direction data are missing, contact support.
