How do I check the subscription status of a sensor?

If you discover anything you believe to be incorrect, contact support, and we will investigate.

Subscription information can be found from within the QuantAQ Cloud in one of several ways:

Download Current Subscription Status for All Devices

Navigate to your Organization's Devices page. You will see a table that includes all devices owned by your Organization. Under the column titled "Expiry Date", you will see the current status of all devices. The date of expiry will be listed alongside a red or green dot indicating whether or not the device remains active (green) or not (red).

View Detailed Subscription Status for a Single Device

If you would like to see a detailed history of a device, you can view the device timeline and filter by "Subscriptions".
