If you are the administrator for an Organization on the QuantAQ Cloud, it is important to ensure the Billing Contact Name and Billing Contact Email are filled out within your Organization's Settings.
When devices are up for renewal, QuantAQ uses this email address to contact your Organization. If it is not set, there is a greater chance your subscription will lapse. QuantAQ *does not* auto-charge your account and does not store banking information within the QuantAQ Cloud.
To update your Organization's billing information, navigate to the "Settings" page under "Organization" and fill out the Billing Contact Name and Billing Contact Email form fields.
