If you lose access to the device on which your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) codes are produced, you can log in to the QuantAQ Cloud and set up a new device with the following steps:

Step One

Begin the process of logging in to your account by providing your username and password. If you have MFA set up, you will then be prompted for a code. To begin the process of resetting, click "Request a one-time code".

Step Two

After clicking the "Request a one-time code" link, you will receive an email containing a one-time code.

Bring that code back to the tab you had open, and enter it:

Step Three

When you enter a successful code, you will be logged in and directed to a page where you can enroll a new device in MFA:

Note that enrollment is mandatory for your security. From here, the process is identical to your original enrollment, as detailed here.
