Is your sensor missing from maps?

To ensure your air quality sensor appears on maps, you must set its latitude and longitude. To do so, follow the steps below:

First, you must have the appropriate permissions for the device. You must be either an Organization Admin or Network Operator for the device in question. If you are not, please contact your Network Operator or Organization Admin and have them complete these steps.

Next, go to the devices "Edit" page by clicking "Edit Device" in the drop-down menu for devices within your Network or by clicking "Edit Device" in the upper-right of the device page.

On the device edit page, enter the appropriate Latitude and Longitude in the form fields and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page. You can now go back to your map and you sensor should appear.
