All batteries are shipped mostly discharged for safety and regulatory reasons. Before you deploy, it is a good idea to fully charge each battery so they're fully charged from the beginning of deployment to minimize potential headaches. To charge the batteries, you have two options:
You can remove the lid from the battery box and charge each battery individually using the USB-C port at the top of the battery.
You can buy a USB-A to 3.5x1.1mm cable to charge both batteries simultaneously without needing to take apart the box (recommended).
