Confirming your account

When you first register for an account at, you will receive a confirmation email from QuantAQ. You should receive this email within a few seconds of signing up. If you do not see the confirmation email, check your spam folder to make sure it didn't get lost! If you still don't see the email, you can request a new confirmation email be sent. To do so, open your browser and go to the QuantAQ Cloud Console. You should see a message from QuantAQ and a link to re-send the email. If you are still having issues after re-sending the email, you can open a ticket.
